Tori Vance, an eighteen year old former Miss Arizona Teen USA, who pled "not guilty" to DUI last week after her recent arrest has now conceded she did drink something before getting caught by the police for making an illegal U-turn. She subsequently failed a field sobriety test and was later convicted.
The eighteen year old beauty queen was leaving with her beauty pageant friend after shopping in L.A when she gave a statement: "I was coming from Rosa Mexicana. It was Cinco de Mayo. So I shouldn't have been driving. I know better."
Tori added, "I didn't even give it a thought and I had something to drink."
After leaving the restaurant, Tori said she pulled an illegal U-turn and -- just her luck -- a cop car was right behind her. Currently her lawyers are attempting to strike out a plea deal with the prosecutors on her behalf.
Tori, who won her state title in 2010, will have her next pre-trial court hearing on July 25th.
