William Parven is an attorney who assists with the Tucson section of the firm. Mr. Parven is licensed in both the states of Arizona and California with an extensive experience in traffic offenses.
Mr. Parven is originally from Los Angeles, California, where he grew up in the San Fernando Valley. However, because his faith is a large part of his life, Mr. Parven made the decision to attend Ave Maria School of Law. While at Ave Maria, Mr. Parven was a member of the law review and graduated with honors, magna cum laude.
Upon graduation in 2010, Mr. Parven returned to California where he passed the bar on his first try. Thereafter, Mr. Parven obtained employment with a firm, The Ticket Clinic, and was employed there for more than two years.
While at The Ticket Clinic, Mr. Parven handled thousands of traffic related matters and gained a vast amount of experience in criminal and vehicular law. With great success, Mr. Parven was able to obtain results often ending in an acquittal, dismissal, fine reduction, or conviction of a lesser charge.
However, in 2014, Mr. Parven made the determination to move to Tucson, AZ, where his wife’s family is located. Since moving to Arizona, Mr. Parven has expanded upon his knowledge of traffic law representing clients throughout the state from the Arizona strip to the Mexican border.
Furthermore, Mr. Parven has strong research and writing skills to defend your constitutional rights. Mr. Parven has successfully defended the constitutional rights of defendants in both California and Arizona in order to obtain dismissals of the charges before even needing to go to trial.
